Welcome to NV Digital Solutions and NV Digital Unlocked. By using our website, services, or marketplace, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
- NV Digital Solutions provides digital services, consulting, training, and a platform for vendors to showcase products.
- NV Digital Unlocked is a marketplace where independent vendors sell merchandise, powered by Printful fulfillment.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors remain the merchant of record for their products.
- Vendors are responsible for taxes, duties, compliance, product quality, shipping, and returns.
- NV Digital Solutions charges vendors a 5% service fee for showcasing products.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers purchasing products acknowledge that NV Digital Solutions is not the seller of record.
- Questions, issues, or disputes regarding physical products (quality, delivery, refunds) should be directed to the vendor (e.g., NV Digital Unlocked or other listed vendors).
4. Programs & Consulting
- All training programs (e.g., AI Learner, CX Essentials) and consulting services are delivered by NV Digital Solutions founders.
- Payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in program materials.
5. Intellectual Property
- All digital resources (templates, toolkits, courses) remain the property of NV Digital Solutions.
- You may not resell, distribute, or copy without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- NV Digital Solutions is not responsible for vendor products, third-party tools, or service interruptions caused by external providers.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
