Return & Refund Policy

At NV Digital, we are committed to delivering quality in every service, program, and product we offer. Because we operate both as a digital services provider and as a marketplace platform for vendor merchandise, different return and refund rules apply depending on what you purchase.
1. NV Digital Solutions (Services, Programs, Digital Products)
- Services & Consulting
Payments for consulting, website development, automation, or training services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before project kickoff, we may provide a partial refund minus any setup or planning costs. - Programs & Bootcamps
Enrollment fees for programs (AI Learner, CX Essentials, etc.) are refundable only if requested before the program start date. Once program access, materials, or sessions have been delivered, all sales are final. - Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the files or access links have been delivered.
2. NV Digital Unlocked (Vendor Merchandise)
- Merchandise Sales
All physical products listed under NV Digital Unlocked are provided by independent vendors. NV Digital Solutions does not manufacture, stock, or ship these items directly. Vendors are the merchant of record for merchandise sales and are responsible for handling taxes, shipping, and returns. - Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. To qualify:- You must submit your request within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed once the vendor confirms the return. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment method. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product. - Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as custom-printed merchandise, personalized products, and digital add-ons are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
3. NV Digital Solutions’ Role as Platform
NV Digital Solutions provides the platform and vendor showcase for NV Digital Unlocked. While we facilitate the shopping experience and charge a service fee to vendors, the vendors remain responsible for fulfilling, delivering, and processing returns of physical products.
For merchandise-related issues, we will connect you directly with the responsible vendor to resolve your request as quickly as possible.
4. How to Start a Return or Refund Request
- For services, programs, or digital products → Email us at support@nvdigitalsolutions.com.
- For merchandise orders → Contact unlocked@nvdigitalsolutions.com with your order details. We will forward your request to the responsible vendor.
