End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and NV Digital Solutions.
By accessing or using any of our software, digital products, or services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
NV Digital Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the terms herein.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the software available to third parties without written consent.
3. Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in the software remain the exclusive property of NV Digital Solutions.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. NV Digital Solutions reserves the right to revoke your access if you violate any terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NV Digital Solutions be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of USA.
