Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026
Last updated: September 12, 2026

Updated September 12, 2026 to designate NV Digital Unlocked LLC as the seller of the Products.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your use of paid NV oOS products, including the NV oOS Complete bundle and any other paid add-ons, bundles, or license keys sold by NV Digital Unlocked LLC through our checkout service (the “Products”). It forms part of Part A of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Because the Products are AI orchestration software, this AUP includes AI-specific rules in addition to general rules of lawful use. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, employees, and anyone you grant access to the Products also comply with this AUP.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Products to automate and enhance legitimate WordPress operations on sites you own or are authorized to administer, including content management, e-commerce, communications, and integrations with third-party services you are authorized to use.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use, or permit others to use, the Products to:

2.1. Violate Law or Third-Party Rights

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights — including inputting third-party copyrighted material into AI models without authorization, or publishing AI-generated content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Violate privacy or data-protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.), including processing personal data without a lawful basis or failing to honor data-subject rights.

2.2. Cause Harm

  • Generate, distribute, or publish content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Create or distribute sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
  • Generate or distribute content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Deploy the Products in ways that could cause physical harm, including in safety-critical or life-support systems, medical devices, or critical infrastructure.

2.3. Make High-Risk Decisions Without Human Review

  • Rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or other significant consequences without qualified human review. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated, and are not professional advice.
  • Represent AI-generated content to third parties as human-authored in contexts where disclosure is required by law (including FTC rules on AI disclosure and consumer deception).

2.4. Abuse Third-Party Services

  • Violate the terms of service, usage policies, or rate limits of third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) or other connected services.
  • Evade or bypass content-safety measures, rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls of third-party providers.
  • Trigger paid operations on third-party platforms (media generation, messaging, e-commerce actions) without authorization from the account holder responsible for those charges.

2.5. Compromise Security or Integrity

  • Use the Products to attack, probe, or compromise any system, network, or account you are not authorized to access.
  • Distribute malware, exploits, phishing content, or fraudulent communications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disable license verification, security controls, or usage limits of the Products.
  • Create bulk or unsolicited messaging campaigns (spam) in violation of anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, etc.) or the recipients’ consent.

2.6. Resell or Misuse Licenses

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys beyond the scope of the license grant in the Terms of Service.
  • Use automated or fraudulent means to obtain licenses, refunds, or support.

3. AI Outputs: Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all content generated, transmitted, or published through the Products, including by AI assistants or connected agents, regardless of whether a human reviewed it.
  • Verify outputs before use. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or free of third-party rights. Review AI-generated content for factual accuracy, originality, and compliance with this AUP before publishing or acting on it.
  • Disclose AI use where required. Where applicable law requires disclosure that content is AI-generated (for example, under FTC rules), you are responsible for making that disclosure.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may review reported violations or, where we have a reasonable basis to believe a violation has occurred, investigate use of the Products. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice: suspend or revoke your license, terminate access to downloads and updates, and/or decline future sales — consistent with the Termination and Suspension section of the Terms of Service.

We do not monitor customer sites or chat traffic as a matter of course, and nothing in this AUP obligates us to do so.

5. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email abuse@nvdigitalsolutions.com. We review all reports in good faith and may request additional information.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The version in force at the time of your use applies, and material changes will be announced on the Site.
